Our standard cleaning typically includes dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, wiping kitchen counters and exterior appliances, making beds, emptying trash, and vacuuming and/or mopping floors in common areas and bedrooms.
For deep cleanings, move-in/move-out, or Airbnb turnovers, we add extra attention to details like baseboards, inside cabinets (when requested), buildup in kitchens and bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces. If you have specific requests, you can always tell us in advance so we can include them when possible.
Yes. You can skip or reschedule a cleaning if your plans change. We just ask that you let us know as early as possible (ideally at least 24 hours in advance) so we can adjust our schedule. If you’re on a recurring plan, we’ll help you find the next best date and time that works for you.
The time depends on the size and condition of your home and the type of service. A standard cleaning for a typical 1–2 bedroom home usually takes around 2–3 hours, while larger homes or deep cleanings can take longer. For Airbnb turnovers, we work efficiently within the check-out/check-in window. When you book, we’ll give you an estimated time based on your property details.
